Dogfish Head IPAs are delicious

One of my roommate's friends came to visit and brought a few beers for a beer tasting.

Along with a few bottles of a home-brewed beer, he brought us three bottles of "Dogfish Head" IPA, one each of the 60, 90, and 120 minute varieties. (The time represents the length for which the hops were boiled)

The 60 minute Dogfish Head IPA is a respectable IPA, and definitely worth another drink. It had a nice bit of body to it and a good amount of hops. (6% abv)

The 90 minute was phenomenal and much hoppier and sweeter than the 60. The bitterness was spot on, though it was a tiny bit sweet. Afterwards the 60 minute seemed to taste like Sierra Nevada. (9% abv)

The 120 minute IPA was very, very sweet almost like a soda. There was a lot of hop flavor but it was overwhelmed. It was interesting, but tasted like something other than an IPA. (Alcohol content listed as "ages well")
